The Move into Wellness Pilates Team

“To state that ‘I love Pilates’ is a bit of an understatement as I really love Pilates and it’s a massive part of my work & personal life now. I practice what I preach as know it makes me a much better teacher, and I can’t live without doing Pilates myself. I’ve suffered from back and shoulder issues in the past and Pilates helps to keep these under control, and it also keeps me in shape. I really enjoy seeing how clients progress, improve and see the benefits. It’s not often that I come across a client that doesn’t fall in love with Pilates like I did when I first did it many years ago”.
