Pilates Classes – What We Offer

At Move into Wellness, all of our Pilates classes, give you the chance to enjoy and engage with a Pilates practice based around your needs and with personal corrections and guidance so that you get the most out of your sessions.

Our services divide into three categories:

Our Pilates Classes take place both online and in-person.  Our live classes take place in Potton and St Neots but we are always adding new classes and venues so make sure to sign up to our newsletter for the latest news and follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

We offer different styles of Pilates Class from:

Beginner Pilates – ideal for those starting out in their Pilates practice.

Intermediate/Improver – perfect if you’ve done Pilates before but need a refresher or a slightly more challenging Pilates experience.

HIP (High-Intensity Power) Pilates – a low impact, high-intensity Pilates class for those who want a little more of a burn!

Relax & Chill Pilates – just want you need to wind down and stretch out with Pilates.

Improve Mobility & Balance Pilates – a Pilates practise for those of you with limited mobility but need help with strengthening your body.

We have a Move into Wellness Studio in Potton where we offer small classes for up to three people where we can offer a tailored Pilates programme for your needs.


We offer 1-2-1 sessions for a completely bespoke, refined Pilates practice for you where we can target your aches and pains or where you would like to improve.
