Bronze, Silver and Gold Monthly Memberships

All memberships must be set up and in place before attending any classes (following a free taster class for new clients).
Refunds are not given for any missed classes.

2 hour cancellation policy in place, whereby if you cancel 2 hours before the class is due to start you are welcome to book into an alternative class where there is space available. If outside of the cancellation period then sorry you cannot make up the class.

Please ensure you do un-register from any classes in team up, even if you don’t intend to make up the class, to open any spaces for any waiting lists.

If you need to take time out of class due to holiday or illness or due to surgery there is the option to hold your space for £15 a month for up to 2 months in a 12 month period with a min of 4 weeks applicable. Please request this in advance where possible. This is not available for less than 4 weeks off.

Memberships are for a min of 40 weeks a year and will sometimes include zoom classes where there is not an in person class available due to holiday or illness.
During periods when there are no classes on due to half terms, Christmas, Easter and some of the summer holidays, there will sometimes be free of charge zoom classes and access to pre recorded videos available.

A months notice is required to cancel, which if in that period a payment is due then it will be collected and you are welcome to attend the remaining classes it relates to. Please email to request to cancel and then the cancellation will be processed.

Direct debit payments are collected on the 1st of each month and is for payment of that month.

Where there are changes to memberships, Move into Wellness will, where possible, give a months notice of any changes.

Studio Sessions

All sessions must be paid in advance.

Studio sessions are non refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Packs of 6 sessions must be used within 8 weeks. Any sessions not used will not be credited back. If I cancel a session then this is obviously not included in the 8 weeks and any relevant weeks will be added on.

If you are away for an extended period of time (min 4 weeks) then in order to keep your place in a session 50% off sessions will be charged so for example if you’re off for 4 weeks then 2 x sessions will be charged. This does not apply if it’s less than 4 weeks.

There is a 48hr cancellation procedure in place for individual sessions in order to allow time to book another client in the slot with enough notice. Where possible I may be able to offer another session the same week of your cancelled session but if not the session will not be credited back. Sessions are not guaranteed to be rebooked, only if there is space available.

A months notice is required if you no longer wish to carry on with the regular weekly session. If there are any sessions remaining after this notice period then they will be refunded.

Packs must be renewed before the current pack is due to expire in order to continue with your weekly slot. You will be emailed when you are due to renew with a date to renew by.
