A Retreat to Rebalance Your Body & Mind
Pilates & Walking: A Perfect Pairing for Pain-Free, Effortless Movement
This retreat is built around two of my favorite things—Pilates and walking—because they go hand in hand. When your body moves well, walking becomes easier, more enjoyable, and free from pain or discomfort.
Future-proof your body to ensure continued mobility and strength for years to come—so you can keep moving well, walk further, and even run with ease.
- Do you experience knee pain or stiffness when walk?ing?
- Feel like you can’t walk as far as you’d like
- Have tight joints, poor mobility, or want to build strength?
Then this retreat is for you.
More Than Movement: A Holistic Approach to Balance
This retreat is not just about Pilates and walking—it’s about finding balance in every aspect of your life.
- Movement: Pilates sessions to improve mobility and stability, making movement effortless and pain-free.

Don’t just take my word for it, but this retreat will be truly wonderful, here is a testimonial from a client who attended last September:
“Encouraged me with knowing the importance of doing things for yourself and how restorative and life changing it was to do this It wasn’t like just a holiday it was much deeper than that, l came back feeling rested, encouraged and inspired. The perfect balance and combination of good food, social interaction, rest and exercise was captured at the retreat and something that I try to continue in some shape or form daily. So much so that I have booked a further two retreats! Thank you Claire.”
