Move into Wellness offers Pilates and Movement classes in St Neots and Potton. We also run some Zoom sessions to compliment the in person classes. Our modern studio in Potton offers 1 -2 -1 sessions and small group sessions.

We’ve finally nailed exercise for fat loss that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’!

It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. It’s perfect if you are retuning to exercise, are post natal or simply a woman who doesn’t want to run, jump or do burpees!

Fit To Run

This is a six-week programme, delivered by your HCR coach that is going to give you a good foundation – literally from the ground up! – to get you back to running. It’s a programme specifically designed for women (because women are DIFFERENT and need bespoke training!)

We’ll cover foot and ankle mobility and strength initially, and over the course, we’ll work together on building resilience in your calves and shins, improving your knees and hips, gain mobility in your spine and pelvis and show you how to put it all together.
