In-Person and Online Classes

We offer classes for all ages and abilities. With a mix of floor work and standing exercises Pilates is the ideal way to keep yourself flexible and fit. Our in person classes offer highly qualified Pilates teachers who have a passion for ensuring that you get the most out of your class, whatever your ability.


Which class will you choose? Do you want to relax and unwind, improve mobility or strengthen and feel the burn?

Mixed Ability Pilates

Our Mixed Ability class is suitable for beginners and the more experienced using lots of the traditional Pilates exercises.

HIP (High-Intensity Power) Pilates

A low impact/high-intensity Pilates class using weights or cans of food, with a mixture of standing and floor work. A great class if you want to feel the burn!

Relax & Chill Pilates

A nice wind down with gentle Pilates exercises to help stretch and mobilise the whole body and help to de-stress and relax.

Improve Mobility & Balance Pilates

A class for those with more limited mobility combining seated, standing and floor work (for those that can) to help mobilise and strengthen the whole body. The class also includes work to help improve balance and help prevent falls.
